Dr. Izzie Grant is a graduate of Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Az where she earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. She received an undergraduate degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Denver, providing her with a background that focused on human development and cognition. Her journey to Naturopathic Medicine was inspired by a deep desire to work alongside individuals to find a holistic, researched-based approach to healing that addresses the root cause of illness and supports the mind-body connection. Dr. Izzie approaches healing as a multilayered process that ameliorates physical symptoms of disease while catalyzing profound emotional and spiritual healing.


Dr. Izzie Grant utilizes a variety of tools such as botanical medicine, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, nutrition, homeopathy, and mind-body practices in conjunction with conventional lab testing and standard-of-care treatments to provide a well-rounded and unique medical experience. She values the innate wisdom of the body to heal itself and works alongside her patients to uncover what true wellness looks like for them. She is passionate about general medicine, family medicine, women’s health, and mental health. She is honored to work as an ally in your healing journey and believes that you deserve to walk through the world feeling aligned, healthy, and joyful.


In her free time, you can find Dr. Izzie serving Tea in a traditional Tea ceremony, hiking mountains, going to hot yoga, swimming in the Sedona creeks, and seeing live music with her friends. She believes that laughter is one of the most potent medicines and prioritizes joy both at work and in her personal life.
